Projects and type of work will vary quite a bit from client to client, but will fall into one of a few categories: transcription; editing; and graphic design.

Transcription services include voice and video transcription from any digital format (sorry, we do not support analog formats other than normal audio tapes and mini tapes). Interviews, dictation, speakers and presentations, conferences and panels, and other types of content can be transcribed. Time coding and time stamping will be included if desired.

Editing work covers a variety of services, including copyediting for spelling, punctuation, grammar, constistency, style and tone; digital content editing such as PDF editing and forms creation in Adobe Acrobat; formatting documents in MS Word, Corel WordPerfect, OpenOffice, etc. for overall consistency or "look" and can mean adding a Table Of Contents, consistent page headers, etc.
